How Big Data is Empowering Education
Big Data refers to a very large amount of data (Somani & Deka 2017). A number of industries have leveraged benefits from this large amount of data collected in the form of customers' profile, buying pattern, and so many other personal and non-personal data. Using the predictive analysis technology along with Big Data, also called Big Data analytics organisations have been able to make a lot of successful decisions (Gibson, 2017).
The education sector is not an exception to the use of Big Data analytics. In the education context, data analytics can also be termed as learning analytics.
